It appears that they are privately contracted businesses. When I did finally agree to order a phone from the "Verizon" store in Orange, it revealed that the receipt was from a company that was not Verizon, and that store would have to order a phone for me... from Verizon. The "used care dealer" desperation of the associates to make a sale should have clues me in, long before this point. In the end I ordered a phone directly from Verizon at a much lower price.

We called to get it fixed. We were told it was fixed. Yesterday it showed up in collections. If you want to get screwed financially - go ahead with verizon.
