The experience was as good as my last one, which was for the old phone I was now upgrading. Gabe helped set up the phone for me, as I am not the most technically proficient person in these areas. He was also very helpful in explaining my new plan, and the various impending charges. I want to also thank Kevin, the store manager, who helped me with some minor issues after my purchase. I recommended this store to my parents awhile back and I would recommend them to you as well!

Kevin also helped in directing me to a business which is trying to revive my old phone so I can get my files and contacts back.
