He handled many different customers situations with grace and patience that most people would have run out of. He should be given a raise and a promotion. Definitely someone you want representing your store.
- SWSandra WithersOct 30, 20255.0If you need a new phone or upgrade your current IPhone, I highly suggest you visit the Verizon location in Cheshire, CT. The authorized dealer is Russell Cellular. The store manager, Kevin Done, could not have been more helpful. He really tried to explore all options available to us to make the purchase cost effective. We even left the store with a new IPad due to our longevity as a Verizon customer. My new phone is an Apple IPhone 17. Its’ operation is seamless. My only regret is I didn’t upgrade years ago!

I called Russell cellular business center they were not even aware original hours had been changed. Nothing posted online. It's now 10:30 no one has shown up to open store. I get things happen, people are late or call out, but the fact that the franchise itself wasn't aware of hour changes or had no notice to put closed online or sign on door if it's going to be closed for the day anything at all. Just a line of people outside waiting for store to appointment, some with actual appointments and no one shows up to open the store? Some got here at 9 because google shows open at 9, some came back at 10 because of new printed hours..no one is even here to open store? Does it have managers? Employees? An owner? What kind of retail operation just doesn't open...and how is there no one that's aware?
