- MCMatt CardwellDec 14, 20251.0If you like standing and waiting for at least 20 minutes, with no order whatsoever, while Boomers ask how a cell phone works, this is the place for you! I went to drop off my trade-in phones and the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. The only reason you should go into this store is to use the locker to pick up a device purchased online if you want it sooner. Avoid this place at all costs!

Was told by the salesman I wouldn’t have to wait on line for drop off, ended up waiting almost an hour and a half. Told the woman who checked me in I was just dropping off and the salesman told me I won’t have to wait. She said I have to wait in the queue. She disappeared for over and hour and finally came back to help. When I told her I had been waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours only asked if I had left the store, which clearly I hadn’t, it was 5:30 and the doors were locked at 6.
