Had an amazing experience with the managers Anthony and Joseph from Verizon Bristol. I had to bring my two small kids with me, my phone was taking insanely forever (slow technical speed) so I had to stay. It was 3hrs past closing time so a total of 6.5 hrs of service and my kids were getting fidgeting and cranky and yet these two managers were steady professional the entire time. Providing my kids with sensory needs (balloons) and showed no annoyance of the vocal stim of my youngest. Both my youngest kids are on the Autism spectrum and the managers weren’t aware and were not aware of the comfort balloons bring to my kids. Not everywhere we go are people this accepting and welcoming or will even acknowledge them. So I was most grateful for not just assisting me with the amazing promotion deals (iPhones, Apple Watches etc.), but their patience and kindness with my children out of pure kindness. This location I WILL be returning to if I have difficulties. I hope everyone at Verizon has a wonderful holiday, I’m a happy momma and now a happy Verizon customer!
