I went in to drop my old phone off as a trade in. Everyone was helping customers, which is fine. I walk over and start looking at popsockets and phone cases. A couple walks in and an older employee immediately greets them, stops what she is doing and checks them in. She goes back to what she is doing. I made a comment about I wasn't checked in and just needed to drop a phone off. A different employee said they would be right with me in an annoyed tone, so I left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Verizon store like the plague. My wife recently took advantage of a promotion they have going where you trade in your current phone for a Pixel 10. We paid the extra money to have one of their reps transfer data from her old phone to the new one. Unfortunately, not everything transfered successfully. After 5 different visits to this store to have them figure out the issue, we had to chalk it up to a loss and trade in the phone since we reached the deadline to do so.
Here's where we get to the 1 star review. We asked for a refund for the transfer service since they were unable to hold up their end of the transaction, as evidenced by failing to fully transfer all of the data. The store manager, named Christy, proceeded to speak down so disrespectfully to my wife to the point where she was in tears.
I'm not sure how your definition of customer service involves being so rude and mean to your customers that you make them cry, but you need to seriously reconsider how you conduct yourself. And that needs to start with Christy. I'm completely baffled that I even have to write this review for such a disgraceful display of disrespect and bullying on the part of your store manager, but here we are.

If I could leave 0 stars i would! It has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE since working with this store. Every SINGLE thing they said to me was a lie. And I STILL havent received the gift card for the att phones we returned and we were charged for. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. You will he VERY disappointed
