    Even though the phone number looks like a local 720 number it’s not and you get routed to a call center in India with somebody named <insert fake American name>. If I wanted to speak to somebody in India, I would’ve dialed the 1-800 number but I wanted to speak to somebody at local store who could help me today. Typical stellar customer service…NOT

    Christy, the manager at this location, was completely rude and disrespectful to me when I needed help trying to get messages from my old phone to my new phone. She refused to refund the fee I paid for help transferring my data even though, after FIVE times going back to the store on different occasions and trying numerous ways to transfer things, they were unable to complete the transfer and I lost sentimental messages and photos that I had not saved to my phone yet. She had this horrible, disrespectful smirk on her face the whole time I was trying to explain to her how many times I had to drive from Aurora to Parker to try to get things transferred (no other Verizon store would help me since I paid for the transfer at the Parker location because we were visiting my MIL that day and she lives in Parker). I asked for the refund of the transfer fee since they were unable to transfer my messages, and she refused and was so rude and demeaning to me that I left in tears.
