- LNLise NeerNov 12, 20253.0The employees were amazing at dealing with no internet, but they might have been MUCH more productive if the company listened and understood their concerns about the need for an internet provider. As it was, buying a new phone cost me half of my day due to long wait times, and the cell signal they were forced to use was not enough to back up any of my apps or photos to iCloud. Thus, thousands of my photos are now gone forever, and I have had to spend more time downloading individual apps that weren’t backed up. This lack of internet has been the situation for several months! Unacceptable! Give these people the means to do their jobs, and your profits just might benefit from joining the internet service they know will work for them.

Half the time they’re closed during normal business hours and the other half their ‘systems down’. Go to Durango or order online! I’ve always had decent results ordering online.
