Store sucks!!!
They can’t accomplish anything. The moron knew I was leaving Verizon - yet still instructed me to call 611 to cancel my Apple Watch. Well now that I have left, I can’t call 611. I can’t log into the ap to manage my account. And I can’t call for assistance cause my number isnt recognized. Total cluster

I would give Verizon zero stars if possible. The WORST customer service in the world. I am switching my service after 15 years of paying $400 a month they can suck it! Avoid Verizon at all cost AT&T or T-Mobile is where it’s at. Verizon is worse than Cricket, don’t waste your time or money at this horrible place.

We recently switched our cell phone service from Verizon to Xfinity and needed some information about our final Verizon bill. We went to a Verizon store hoping to get help, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
Since our account was already canceled, the store employees said they couldn’t access any details and told us to call customer service instead. They printed the final bill for us, but couldn’t (or wouldn’t) explain the charges and didn’t make much of an effort to look into it or assist further.
We then called Verizon’s 1-800 customer service number. The phone agent was much more helpful and spent about 40 minutes trying to assist us. In the end, she recommended we visit a corporate store that could give us full details. She even tried calling the store herself to confirm they could help, but no one answered.
Since we couldn’t get through to that store, we ended up going to a different location, where the service was little better.
Overall, after so many years of been Verizon customers we were disappointed with the in-store experience and the lack of effort to assist us with a simple billing question. The phone support agent was the only one who seemed genuinely willing to help.
