    The Phone Heroes @ The Aspen Grove Littleton Verizon Store are amazing. CJ the Senior Manager spent over an hour resolving an extremely complex issue w/my account, that in multiple visits @ other stores was not resolved successfully. (As well as multiple customer support calls over the past few years) CJ 's extreme diligence helping w/ the Verizon phone customer support (5 different individuals) to resolve this matter, ultimately made the difference. If not for the support I received w / CJ, I would not have been able to purchase a new phone. Shout out to Heidi as well in customer support.

    BEWARE Verizon uses a Bait & Switch on the new Apple 17 “on them” offer! What a nightmare, we were there for over 2 hours. They initially said it would be free for 3 “normal” Apple 17 cell phones if we switched our current carrier over to Verizon, then said it would be $300.00 then took that back and said they could ONLY discount the 3 phones (totalling $2,100) by ONLY $400.00 and we would have to pay the rest. Both my husband and I have A++ credit and we could not get a straight answer as to why they kept jerking us around. We finally walked out! I don’t care if Verizon came back and said they would give us the phones for free and pay our bill for 10 years I would never use Verizon after this experience! We have filed a formal complaint as this bait and switch is highly UNETHICAL!

    After some frustration trying to get help understanding our final Verizon bill, customer service recommended we visit the Aspen store, which they confirmed is a corporate store. They told us that even though our account was terminated, this location should be able to access our billing statements. When we arrived at the Aspen store, we were greeted politely. We explained that we had questions about our bill. However, the associate told us they couldn’t access our account information because it had been terminated, and again suggested we call the 1-800 customer service line. I explained that we had already done that, and that they were the ones who directed us to this store for help. I asked multiple times whether this was in fact a corporate store, and the associate confirmed that it was. But again, he insisted there was nothing they could do because the account was closed. We were about to leave when my wife noticed that although all six of our phone lines were canceled, our iPad line had only been suspended—and we were still being charged $78.99. That meant the account was still active. At that point, the associate spoke with someone else nearby, whom I assumed to be the manager. I asked directly and he confirmed he was the store manager. I asked for his help, but instead of stepping in, he simply said the associate would assist us because "he knows what he’s doing—he has three years of experience." I replied, “Well, earlier he couldn’t help us, but now that we mentioned the iPad, he suddenly can?” Eventually, they were able to access our account details. We got an explanation—not the one we expected—but at least we were able to cancel the iPad service. What frustrated me most was the lack of ownership and responsibility from both the associate and especially the manager. It felt like if you're not there to make a purchase, they’re quick to dismiss you or try to pass you off to someone else. There was little effort to truly assist us until we pushed back. We left with the issue resolved, but the experience left a bad impression. A corporate store should do better when it comes to customer service, especially after a long-standing account has been closed.
