Do not ever believe the sales staff here. Nothing they free, Verizon has no free services as they're a business and will get the money back on their "free" offer. If the sales staff say "free" beware, they're signing you up for some kind of add-on that will add to your monthly bill and you'll have to pay to cancel the "free" service. Getting a phone isn't just a phone and line, it's added services and fees they'll tell you are free. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

Customer service at this location is the pits, no wonder Verizon is losing subscribers. I happened to review my recent bill and noticed that on two of my four lines i was being charged Denver City taxes even though I have not lived in Denver for 5 years. I changed my service address on all four lines when I moved and not sure why the change only took effect on two of the four lines.
Stopped at this location last week to get the billing issue resolved and was next in line for help, I thought cool this should be quick and easy to resolve. Nope, after 40 minutes I hear three of them jacking their jaws on the opposite side of the store from where I was asked to wait and ask if one of them can help with my billing issue.
The clown that I ended up talking to tried to convince me the taxes were correct and that they are based on the area code - the two lines that were being charged Denver taxes were not 720/303 area codes. Also 720/303 are not exclusive to Denver, nice try, not buying your lame excuses. Then he tried to tell me the taxes are based on where you use your phone the most. Riddle me this Batman, one of the lines is for my mother-in-law who lives in Portland and the other is rarely used in Denver.
Realizing these cell phone jockeys were just blowing smoke, I walked out and called Verizon Customer Service. Magically they were able to get the issue resolved. Although I'd like to know how I go about getting a refund on the $3.36 I've been overcharged for the past 60+ months.

Avoid at all costs. Nt helpful customer service or technician support, only sales according to the manager. This store is helpful if you can't watch YouTube videos and need very basic support. Verizon stores no longer help with technical support or customer service according to the in-store manager.
