Horrible service. We arrived at 5:50pm (store says they’re open until 7:00pm) and were basically thrown out. We have been experiencing problems with our phones overheating and dropping calls. Brad said he was not a technician and could not help us. No offer to look at our account or offer any customer service. They locked the door and turned out the lights at 6:00pm. Verizon corporate take note!

Horrible customer service! I cannot receive incoming calls so I call this store from my husband phone and a lady said come in so we did. We got there and the guy said oh yeah call customer service 61 1 then walk off without helping us. Not the first time we’ve had bad customer service at this location from poorly trained or uncaring or unwilling staff. Be aware of extra fees on your bill after your visit and understand before going in that you are likely to leave more frustrated than when you went in. Look for cheaper and better wireless services. They exist and we will finally be switching this weekend.

Went to this location to see about getting a new case and screen protector for my phone. I went in just as they were opening and one of the reps walked up working on his tablet, didn't even look up at me, say welcome in, good morning or any type of greeting other than "what can I do for you".
When I replied that I was needing a new case for my phone and seeming somewhat annoyed with me he just said "that's an old phone, we don't have anything that would work, I suggest you go to Amazon to find something ". I felt very dismissed and went to the Verizon store in Loveland on Denver and they were able to update me and my husband phone (which was something I hadn't considered until the rep mentioned it to me) They took great care of us and I walked out of the store with 2 new phones and lots of accessories to boot. I will not be going back to this location again if I can help it. Customer service left much to be desired!

Terrible experience. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I walked in to get help with billing and was told “you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place” because she doesn’t have access to help with billing but when Ive gotten help on the phone and had problems with misinformation.. she said, “they outsource and they don’t know anything”. So basically I cannot get help and I’m just out of luck. I asked who I could speak to and she gave me a number to call Verizon. Was I not CURRENTLY in the store! Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
