  mason was so patient and understanding… it took a long time because I had do much on my phone.?the only issue I had was with the transfer

  Usually, this Glenwood store is very helpful but on this particular visit, I asked to see the manager after the person on the floor told me they could not send my phone back to Verizon that was a trade-in phone that I was told I had 30 days to trade in. As an authorized retailer, apparently they still can’t send a phone back?! He didn’t even offer to look at my business account and try to help. I asked to see the manager at 4:30 in the afternoon. He went into the back and told his employee to tell me he was at lunch. Problem still not solved

  Went in today because I broke my phone. Customer service was excellent. The woman assisting me even noticed I was paying too much and lowered my monthly bill. Walked out with a new phone and lower payment.
