  Came in the other day with a phone issue. Luckily I was helped by Hugh. He was extremely helpful. He helped upgraded mine and my mom's phone with minimal difficulty and a lot of patience. Helped upgrade my internet too as well. I've been a long time Verizon customer but this was my first time at this location. But it won't be my last because of how kind and helpful Hugh was. Give that guy a promotion.

  Johnny was rude to me and my daughter. In the middle of his trouble shooting I asked if he could identify the issue. And he rudely snapped back, in front of my young daughter. The customer service was terrible. Especially given that the issue I was having was caused by an employee of that same store.

  Johnny was incredible! He was very helpful and went above and beyond with the service he provided to us! The process was smooth and very easy-going, and he was chatting with us throughout and socializing and making sure that we had everything that we had needed! Truly worth the drive to have this kind of service!

  Very poor service, we were lied to multiple times about not having to pay any additional fees outside of the standard new phone set up fee from Verizon. When we were paying there was an additional service fee on top of everything for the store to LITERALLY turn our phone on. Johnny who we were working with lied to us by saying “I brought this up to you”. But he did not because I asked multiple time if there are any additional service fees and he kept saying “no”. On top of all that, Johnny never submitted the promotion for us to get a free phone for the trade in. THANKFULLY when I call Verizon corporate up to file a complaint they caught that Johnny never added the promotion on and they had to do it on the back end. I hope Verizon gets reimbursed back from the store for actually setting up the phone for us. Do yourself a favor, go to a real Verizon store. Not the Victra store.

  After experiencing terrible customer service at a different Verizon location, I was honestly hesitant to go back. However, my visit yesterday completely changed that thanks to Johnny. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind while assisting me with my internet cable. He took his time to make sure everything was set up properly and that I understood everything. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service!
