The second time it was 30 minutes till closing time and they didn't want to help me. If they aren't going to help customers at 630 then they need to change the posted closing time!!!

I thought I would be giving them a 5 star review and even planned to call the guys manager to give him accolades, but we just found out this morning we got completely screwed over. I needed a new phone and told the sales guy, Trey, explicitly several times that we just wanted to buy the phone outright so it wouldn't affect or extend our contract. He said he found a phone for a great deal. It was in Loveland, but he lived up there and would bring it down for us Friday am by the time they opened. Even picked out a case, said he'd have it all ready for me to pick up early Friday. Again, we asked him to make sure this wont affect our contract. He said it wouldn't. We paid for what we thought was a great deal on a new phone and left. My husband went in to pick up my phone today. It wasn't there like he said it would be, and come to find out Trey extended our contract 2 years!!!!!!! Plus, now we owe another $350 for the phone. I am beyond furious. Here we planned to give this guy all of our business going forward, which with 4 kids would have been quite a bit. I feel like he was intentionally deceptive and totally screwed us over. I'm in disbelief a bit at how much we got screwed. I definitely would not recommend working with Trey. We certainly won't after this.
