How it worked was the machine would try every number combination until it found it. I called and inquired about it and the girl who CLEARLY knows absolutely Nothing, got an attitude and showed her ignorance by saying, cricket never had that, I don’t know where you’re getting it from” like I was doing something wrong. I keep all my receipts for 20 years in a digital vault online. I saw the last time this service was performed for me at a cricket store. Stay far far away from this worthless store and little girl
