They informed me that in order to activate a phone, I had to commit to 3 months of service. If I refused, the representative said she wouldn't activate my phone, emphasizing that Cricket wasn't a prepaid service. Additionally, the district manager explained that a 3-month commitment was mandatory, making it seem like I was entering a contract when all I wanted was to test the service. After an abrupt end to our call, the manager and representative spoke ill of me on speakerphone, displaying a high level of unprofessionalism. When I requested a receipt, they informed me that they do not provide them. This experience marks this Cricket retailer as the worst I have ever encountered, and I have decided not to continue patronizing this company. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service at this store. It is unacceptable to pressure customers into unnecessary commitments and speak negatively about them behind their backs. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
