Orlando, Noah, Alex (General Manager) , last but not least MADDIE (Business Manager) all of these people are frauds, not sure what is going on in this store but they need to be looked at. Shame on Maddie for hiding behind a phone and not dealing with issues with the actual customer but hiding behind Alex. They took my bill from a 390 to almost 600 3 months in a row, then blamed billing, acting as if Verizon as a whole isn't faulty, I hope they have there things in order, as they joke about screwing my family out of money! Corruption is happening, I will be taking legal action, something isn't right. Starting with Maddie, who should have shown up to fix things 3 months ago! I will also make sure this hits media outlets reassuring that families don't get money stolen from them. A review is the first step!!! Don't be fooled!
