    I later found out that it was Apple that was denying my purchase of a second iPhone. The gentleman trying to help me did his best. No complaints there. I am satisfied with my service the next day in my purchase of the Samsung phone.

    I am so grateful for Xavier, he really saved the day. I was without a phone for nearly two days, and no way to contact Verizon for any help. Xavier went above and beyond with his customer service by making sure I didn't leave without a resolution. 10/10 appreciate what he did, he is a stellar employee and the only reason I'm still with Verizon at the end of today. :)
