Both very friendly and helpful! With a few minutes my problem was solved. AJ answered all my questions and showed me different merchandise I asked about. He was not pushy at all. They have great customer service! Thank you AJ!
- AOAdam OOct 21, 20251.0I've never had a store literally refuse a sale before. I tried buying a new phone today, and Verizon REALLY doesn't like you just buying it. They want to force you to get the "deal" where you pay it over 12-24 months(thereby forcing you to stay with Verizon). When I explained i wanted to buy it outright I was informed it would be an extra 100 bucks or so, to which I said ok. Then I was informed there would be another additional 100 dollars for "sim activation on a new phone" since I wasn't playing the game. I was irritated but still said ok. As the kid working there was checking me out, his boss calls him and instructs him to refuse the sale because if I buy it outright and return the phone in the allowed time frame "its a pain to deal with". It wasn't the on sight workers fault, he was just doing what he was told. But the manager literally cost a grand sale and cost Verizon a customer. Unbelievable
