Came straight here to the real corporate store after being treated poorly by cellular sales (Verizon 3rd party). Upon arrival the staff greeted me and checked me in promptly. Eugene took care of my wife and corrected everything the cellular sales 3rd party Verizon store screwed up. Eugene got my wife and I upgraded promptly,.fixed all of our billing issues and did not charge us an extortion fee that Cellular Sales was trying to tack on last minute. Thank you Corporate stores for treating your loyal customers right.!

It took 3 hours just to change over from t mobile Then I had to pay twice just to open the account...I do give credit to the agent helping me because he was very patient and not his fault that verizon customer service is so bad...I had to wait like an hour to talk to an actual person to get my credit back since I had to pay double month bill to open my account...verizon needs to really improve access to customer service and help their employees work easier not harder..I regret my switch from t mobile

Please go to any Verizon but this one. You can carve you day out if you like and spend several hours waiting for help. Or you can go to a different Verizon and get in and out and on with your day. I felt sorry for the staff as they did not seem happy to be working here and were sniping at each other. I know after covid that customer service in so many places has been lacking, but this is one of the worst examples of it. Does anyone want our business anymore??

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I went in seeking help after accidentally dropping my iPhone in the toilet, hoping to get it repaired or at least find out about options for a new phone until the iPhone 16 comes out next month. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing, and it’s clear that the staff here need better training in customer service. As soon as the salesman learned that my phone had been in water, he started treating me condescendingly. His attitude was dismissive, and when I pointed out that he was treating me differently after hearing about the water damage, he interrupted me with a sarcastic comment: “It went in the toilet, but continue.” This kind of disrespect is unacceptable. When I tried to move the conversation forward by asking about current deals on phones, he continued to be unhelpful. I asked about the iPhone 16, hoping for some guidance, and he responded with an attitude, saying, “Well, I have 4. Which one?” without providing any information on the differences. It was clear he had no interest in helping me find a solution. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location; despite my better judgment, I returned hoping for a better outcome. Clearly, I should have listened to my instincts. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, I recommend finding another Verizon store or carrier. This location needs a serious overhaul in customer service training.
