DO NOT GO TO VERIZON!! I’d love to say it’s just this store in general but it is NOT. the young man who “ helped” us today did a lot of help by rolling his eyes, correcting me when it wasn’t necessary and giving me no explanation or actual tangible help, he actually started arguing with me instead of trying to explain the overcharges on my account. The people at this location are terrible. Shunning Spanish speakers, and not committing to their word. If a five star service to you means ignoring you, over charging, never having stable billing/ assistance, and oh of course having to go in at least once a month to resolve a YEAR LONG ISSUE then sure, 5 stars of incompetence and shocking amounts of disrespect is awarded to this company. A little piece of advise, xfinity is easier to get help with and they are NICER!! HIRE. NICE. PEOPLE. Oh and the “ I’m so sorry this happened let us fix it!” Comment doesn’t get anything fixed. You’ll just be overlooked time and time again. EUGH. This place is such a drag.

Be sure to get the right person if you want professional conduct. We got “C***” who was more concerned with being right than helping. He made us call corporate to do the job because he couldn’t do it - (while he complained about us to other employees in the back room which unfortunately we could hear. He apparently thought that, although we were nice, our request to keep a phone number without the previous owners DPP was unreasonable.) But most disappointing was when corporate told him how to help us, he challenged them and told us he would not risk us believing the customer service supervisor. Then why have us call them? We think that he wanted them to tell us he was right, not to actually find a solution to do what we were asking. Total time to resolution, 2 hrs on phone to be sent into store, 3 hours in this corporate store to leave without resolution, 1 hour in another store and another call to customer service with them resulting in full resolution, with the owed credits we asked for in the very beginning offsetting the previous owners DPP, that “C***” and his associates said could not be done. This is the second time in a year this store has failed us. A few months ago they overcharged us and we had to have the amount refunded by customer service. Final opinion: avoid this corporate store.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all I just want to start off by saying me and my family have been Verizon Customers for 15+ years. Today I’ve had zero service on my phone. I tried turning my phone on and off. I even called Verizon to see if there was any outages. I let them know I haven’t had service all day and they suggested I go to a corporate Verizon so they could help me I showed up to the Verizon store Let them know what was going on with my phone and they told me oh you just need a new SIM card , As she’s looking up my account she notices I am on a family plan and that I’m not the authorized account holder or whatever. so since I’m not authorized account holder on a phone I pay for that a phone I have in my possession and the service I’ve had for 15+ years she cannot give me a new SIM card without the authorized user Adding me to the account or physically coming in with me so I can get a SIM card I am 35 years old. She states she will lose her job if she gives me a SIM card I guess SIM cards are explosive devices now. The reason why this is such an issue for me is because my 80-year-old grandpa is the account holder. He’s been the account holder for 15+ years. The other reason why this is such an issue is because he is unable to physically walk so walking in with me is not an option. She suggested that he adds me To the account on the mobile app, do you think my eight-year-old grandpa knows how to use the Verizon mobile app he can barely even send a text message. I tried to explain this to the lady that has no compassion All she can say is sorry I can lose my job which is understandable but still makes no sense to me. So she suggest that my grandpa call 611 and talk to customer service rep so he can add me to the account so I call my grandpa while I’m in the store and let him know they aren’t giving me my SIM card because I’m not an account holder on the account He suggest he talk to somebody In the store they decline I even suggest for him to give the account pin because we have done that in the past they said that is not an option. So he proceeds to call the 611 and talk to Customer service So he could tell them to add me onto the account so I can get a SIM card on my phone that I have no control over the SIM card going out sounds like an issue with Verizon. long story short we were unsuccessful with customer service as my 80-year-old grandpa and my 85-year-old grandma aren’t tech savvy and could barely sent a text message so with that being said, I left the store and walked over to AT&T and got a brand new phone new service with no problem I will be canceling my Verizon service tomorrow. I wouldn’t use Verizon if it was the last phone service on earth I guess this is how Verizon treats their 15+ your customers Verizon is pure trash.
