Absolutely awful.. every time I have gone in its a new vet, and I have only had 2 good vets in the 5 + years and the rest are just awful. They misdiagnosed my dog and tried to muzzle a dog who has never been aggressive a day in his life and before they even met him it was solely based on breed. Take your dog anywhere else.

I recently needed to take my fur baby to VCA Animal Hospital, walking in it’s very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is very welcoming, the tech we had was so sweet to my fur baby. I went in two different days since my pup needed x-rays, I was nervous about him having x-rays due to his symptoms, they did wonderfully for me by not sedating him. I decided to sign up for the Care Club because it was the more logical choice in price, I would recommend.

Visited VCA today for our initial appointment. Kim at the front desk was very welcoming. Pickles says thanks for the toy. 🐕🥎 Dr Song was very friendly and took time with us, answering all our questions. Kari and Jasmine did a wonderful job and covered all the bases. Thank you again.

Absolutely awful vet! My cats had an ear infection so we brought them in. They did an ear cleaning, but said they couldn’t manage to clean one of our cat’s ears cause she was squirmy, but that they got the infected one cleaned well. They still charged us $60 just for her ear cleaning even though it wasn’t effective. I finished cleaning the infected one at home immediately after the visit (photo). Additionally, they prescribed a 10 day treatment but only put enough to finish around 7.5 days. I called and they refused to refill the prescription without seeing the cats again, and that they would charge another $240 (not including medication) just to get their initial treatment done and recheck. I explained to them their ears are still having issues and just wanted to finish their initial treatment before getting the recheck. Their initial visit with ear cleaning, cytology, and prescription was around $400. The person over the phone was incredibly rude. I understand the vet is in with people but my question takes only one minute to ask. The receptionist was willing to refill the bottle, but got annoyed because I had a question for the vet. Only after talking to the vet did she say they won’t refill the prescription so they can finish their initial treatment, and I would have to go in for a recheck if I wanted to get more medication for them to finish their initial treatment. Overall disappointed in how they treat their costumers, both pet and human.
