- CWChristie WilsonOct 31, 20251.0I was lied to. Phones are not unlocked. The next payment is not due in 30 days, but the end of the month. So in able to unlock the phone you have to pay for 3 months to have active service. I have called customer service and after holding for hours, I have been told that the in-store repa will say anything they have to because they are on commission. 2nd call was told that I have to wait until November 7th, and would have to make another full payment, despite paying $60 for September 7- end of month (3 weeks), then $40 for 4 weeks and now another $40 in order to get the phone unlocked. Now, 3rd call, they are telling me the phone was activated by me in July but I didn't make any payments until September 28th. I told the sales rep that I needed a new phone carrier to get a really great deal with Xfinity and planned to switch in a few days despite his telling me I had to have the high plan to get started.

I told the manager that once it falls it willshatter.. guess what..it shattered and now the manager is telling me to go to Walmart and purchase a phone. What a waste of my money.
