- PHP HFeb 7, 20265.0I called them when I needed a tool to fix a barbers chair across the street. They didn’t hesitate. When I walked in they were helping customers but he had the Allen set ready. I brought it back 10 minutes later and set it on the desk. If I ever get to the point of purchasing a home theater this is where I’ll go. The showroom was really nice and these guys know their stuff

Paid over $200.00 for this "Sony" bulb, only to have it be bad out of the box. I tried to get them to replace it and they refused. The salesman tried, but the manager wouldn't do anything. I called Sony to see if they could help, they asked for the serial number of the bulb, when I gave it to them, they told me it wasn't a Sony bulb, but a cheap aftermarket knockoff and that they couldn't replace it for me I had to deal with The Sound Shop since the bulb didn't come from Sony. I wouldn't recommend The Sound Shop for anything. They charged me for a Sony bulb and I got a cheap knockoff that didn't work and I'm out over $200.00 what a rip off!!!

Start by coming into our store and having a chat about what you want to do. We’ll take it from there. If needed, we’ll schedule a free in-home consultation, and make recommendations based on your budget, needs, and what you already have to work with. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and that starts with getting the right equipment.
Do you install the equipment?
Even if I already own it? Of course! Audio and video equipment can be complicated and fragile. We have a team of installers ready to help you get the most out of your system, whether you just bought it from us, or are moving it from your previous home.
I have older equipment that needs service, can you recommend someone?
Yes! We have an in-store service center for repair of audio gear, and a service technician who handles repairs in-home on televisions and Tempurpedic Beds.
Do you also sell used equipment?
Yes, we have a large selection of used electronics, speakers and occasionally TV’s. The selection changes daily, so check back often if there is something specific you’re looking for.
