Came here to get a new phone 📱 and it was very easy to find the phone section. Service was very helpful and friendly. With in a few hours I got my phone all set up, and it's in great condition. The selection was decent sized. Samsung, Google and Apple phones were all there. Prices on select phones were average, however the sales were fantastic. The atmosphere was very calm and organized. Finally, the layout was simple and it's easy to find what you're looking for here.

Bought a screen protector with the understanding that it came with lifetime replacement and installation from bestbuy. Been getting my screen replaced for 2+ years for free. Today I was told they are now charging $8 for installation. That is not the lifetime policy they sold me. At the minimum bestbuy should have sent out a notice and replaced the screen one last time. Definitely a bait and switch and I will not step foot in this store again.

This particular Best Buy seems to have a lot of issues that they need working out, first and foremost, they have a person at the front entrance where you walk in, who checks you out to see what you’re bringing into the store and also gives information on The Who, What, When, and How, okay once you’ve into the store, you are Baffled on who are the customers or employees, and what makes them stand out in the unkempt blue shirts that they wear, some of them are really Gross, and there standing around in groups “Chatting” and “Laughing” like they are at a social event, instead of doing their jobs of making their presence noticeable around the store as employees, if people know what I’m talking about, by making sure that the products I’m looking for aren’t Dusty, Dingy, and Restocked, because I usually don’t find anything that I’m looking for most of the time, Yeah I’m pretty much Beating Them Up, because it’s A Horrible Store, and while people are losing their Jobs, there’s a place for “Job Security” at it’s best, and I can Go on and on, Til The Break Of Dawn, Go Take A Visit, I’m pretty sure that you will make a comment along with me! I purchase a pair of Ray Ban meta glasses (gen 1) last year. When they first stop working I went to this Best Buy and ask if someone could help me and I was told that because I didnt purchase geek squad there was nothing that could be done. Well come to find out after talking to someone at RayBan that it was an issue covered under the manufacturer warranty and I could have been helped. Fastforward now and I am two months outside of that warranty and im screwed because no one wanted to take the time to listen/help me when I was first having a problem.
