- HDHeather Dawson4 days ago4.0Overall I had a really good experience at the Apple Store. The employees were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped me figure out the best option for what I needed and explained everything clearly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store was extremely busy and the wait time was a little longer than expected, even with an appointment. Other than that, the service itself was great and the store was clean, organized, and professional. I would definitely come back for future purchases or support.
