Really disappointed in the care we received for my Aussie. We took her in 3 times for a bacteria infection, each visit costing a few hundred and never got the medication or care needed to get rid of it. Seems like they want you to spend a lot of money but not able to address dogs health concerns.

I’ve been taking my dog here for over a year and am so grateful for their careful attention and care. As an older dog, he’s had a variety of issues. Their staff is kind, caring and attentive. Their diagnosis spot on. He’s had a mass that we’ve been keeping an eye on and after discussing the situation with Dr. Martinez decided to remove it. Dr. Martinez removed the mass and a few moles while we were at it - the surgery was successful. Her incisions were almost invisible - so well done. She is top notch and we are so happy we found her and VCA. Their prices were reasonable as well which should be mentioned. Highly recommend them.

After taking my two cats to this VCA in Castle Rock for several years, I was so disappointed and shocked at their lack of concern after my cat Beau passed away. I left a VM for their director and never got a call back. They lacked the expertise to accurately diagnose my cat's condition resulting in him passing. I want to pass on information to others that checking blood pressure is not standard in a yearly exam. This is a condition that caused my Beau to lose his eyesight and three week later he passed. I have left this practice as a result. I no longer trust them.

If I could give this place 0 stars at this point I would. We have had several guinea pigs over the years and they were always helpful until now. Our last guinea pig was almost 10 years old and this clinic used to always be helpful until today. My daughter took him in this morning to be euthanized because he could no longer eat, drink, see, move, and was barely breathing, which all happened suddenly over the weekend. Instead of helping him pass away in a humane way they gave her recommendations to take him up north instead. So while she is driving him around trying to get someone to help him pass away peacefully he passed away in the car while she was looking for help. You have become the worst veterinary clinic of all times. Thankfully, there are better clinics in Castle Rock that were dignified and kind enough to help her out with him. No auto response required on this one.
