    The staff was rude to me and my friend. They did not help with my issues. I had an appointment yet they were 30 minutes late seeing me. My service continues to be terrible. I will try the Longmont store.

    Lost $800. I bought a phone here and got an $800 trade-in credit for an old phone. It took me a long time to get everything I needed off of the old phone and in the meantime I lost the return envelope - totally my fault. I looked up an address to send the phone to, but it got returned to me. I called Verizon and they said I needed a special envelope with a special code on it that they would send me, but they just never sent anything. After waiting a month I called them again and they said, "you were never sent anything because this has to be handled in the store." Why didn't they tell me that in the first place?! I made an appointment and went back to the store and the people at the store said that now too much time had passed and I lost AN EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLAR CREDIT. I've been with Verizon for over a decade as a business customer, but screw them. Looking into switching to Comcast. Prices are way better.

    We had a complicated issue with our line and it was difficult to reach the right information and solution. Mr. Matt was attentive and patient throughout the whole process, tried the possible approaches and managed the situation successfully. We thank him for his support. The staff are helpful and friendly. I recommend this operator and this branch to anyone in need.

    After many years of using Verizon for my wireless plan and many office visits with little progress on all issues, I had a wonderful experience with my last contacts. Whitney was the representative and she was absolutely terrific. She answered every question, shared tips and suggestions and ultimately finalized changes to my account that are just perfect. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs help or wants other services. Other reps often gave answers, but never mentioned all the implications of what I considered. With Verizon's recent mind-boggling changes to long established customers, the consequences of changes were far from the best. Whitney changed all that and I am now once again a faithful, happy customer. Be sure to ask for Whitney when you can. She is the best !
