It was a very noisy place which upset my pet and the vet did not seem to adequately know much about felines. After some tests were done I waited almost a week to get them back and when I called in nobody would tell me anything and the entire office staff was rude and unhelpful. There wasn't anything wrong with my pet and yet nobody would assist me by letting me know my results. This office is extremely unprofessional and rude.
