    Do not come here if you need help with your phone. The assistant manager will refuse to help and send you away. She is so far beyond rude, I was waiting to be helped last night and witnessed her treat an elderly customer horribly. I am so disgusted. I don’t write bad reviews but this was truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. I know she’s the assistant manager because she kept yelling it proudly at the poor lady who was trying to get some help with her phone. Verizon…. Please address this issue ASAP before she scares away any more customers. Completely unacceptable.

    I’m writing this review today to commend Mikayla, Matt and I believe Chris? Kris? The entire store honestly. We had an extremely difficult situation with transferring my ATT contract over to Verizon that was no fault of Verizon themselves. An interference from UPS causing my phone to get lost under dubious circumstances and a gouged out shipping label later, we came back to Verizon in a huff. They immediately tried to get us set up with a back up plan with another phone (mine had been out of stock and shipped) at another location. After several hours of them jumping hoops, trying to contact UPS themselves, pulling strings- the UPS rep contacts us and mysteriously found the package. I felt Mikayla really advocated for us and tried to ensure that he was being honest and if he at least wasn’t, that we would have a back up plan. He did end up bringing me back the phone but there ended up needing to be some more assistance with the phone number porting. So we trotted back in for a third time and Mikayla greeted us with a smile and the patience of a saint. My partner and I try to just be extremely patient with everyone. I worked in vet med and we both have worked in retail. We know what it’s like to be yelled at for things that are out of your control. So the entire process while grueling, went smoothly because we knew none of this was their fault. There was no blame, just problem solving. The entire team worked diligently to accommodate us, advocate for us, ensure all of the deals and promos applied. There was one more hitch where an out of state agent on the phone accidentally activated my back up phone instead of the returned, presumably attempted stolen phone and today Mikayla and Matt worked extremely hard to fix it. They never made us wait long even when they were busy, they got us in on walk ins right away. I believe we have everything covered now. We chatted the whole time, felt very supported, made jokes and all in all even though I’m sure none of us ever want to go through anything like that ever again, I can confidently say I feel more supported by them than I ever did with ATT. And I knew that the light at the end of this tunnel was being able to have a cell with service in the middle of the city. So it was worth it. Thanks you guys for being great. I feel like others would’ve quit on us, blamed us, been hostile or lazy. You guys stuck it out and that means a lot to us. You certainly will continue to have our business!
