Terrible professionalism, I was cast aside because I am not a Spanish speaker, and when I spoke up for myself, the employees rallied to defend the offensive and culturally insensitive worker. TERRIBLE STAFF, they all need to be replaced

As Stephen said earlier regarding in-store pick-up. Put in order in yesterday evening and gave them the entire day to fulfill and order for a phone they have in-stock (verified by calling the online customer service) and it is still being fulfilled this evening after the store has closed. This has happened before at this store. VERIZON, you either need to close this store or retrain the manager to have them process online orders in an more prompt manner that follows your corporate policy. They either do not care or are incompetent.

Horrible customer service. I was in a hostage situation with my rapist and he forced me to use my information to get him a cell phone. I owe money because Verizon refused to corporate with police and said sucks to suck to the situation and I owe the money no matter what. Well jokes on you! Now I have to file for bankruptcy and the amount I owe is covered under it!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend Verizon as a cell phone service to use

Really terrible customer service and I would suggest avoiding at all costs. I purchased a new phone online and had my current phone to trade in. This store was listed as one that had the new phone in stock and would do trade ins. I ordered the phone and put my current in for a trade in, which showed that the new phone would be “free” as I would get a monthly credit for my trade in equal to the monthly cost. This store is about 45 minutes away but it sounded nicer than dealing with shipping my old phone in. I went for the pick up and the sales person was fine and quickly gave me my new phone. I mentioned I had my old phone to trade in, which is why I came to this store. He told me that he didn’t want to deal with that and the time for my to reset my phone so I would need to come back another day, and then walked away. I was annoyed because I wasn’t wanting to make this unnecessary drive but left since then no one in the store would help me. I came back the following weekend to trade it in, now all factory reset, and then was told the entire countries network was down for trade ins and I’d have to come back again. I asked if I could just ship it at this point and they said no since I already initiated the order for in store. I came back the following weekend (after trying to call to ensure the network wasn’t down but no one answered) and finally someone agreed to help. I told them about the network being down the week before and the clerk said “oh no it wasn’t they just lied” which ok whatever at this point. She then said she would need to cancel my original trade in as it was for shipping and I was doing it in person. I said no…and even pulled up the email that stated it was an in-store trade in at that location and for a monthly credit towards the new phone cost. She completes the trade in and I leave to only then see on my next bill I got a $200 credit???? An absolute disaster of a location with every individual having zero desire to actually listen or see what is supposed to be done and instead seem to just do what requires the least amount of work? I mean I really just don’t get it, I would imagine they do trade ins all the time and every step of the way there was some lie or bs to avoid doing it.
