  I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15+ years. Never have I ever felt more disrespected or ignored in a Verizon store. I understand there’s people ahead of me in line when I checked in however, there are multiple employees doing absolutely nothing at this store walking around from the front to the back and joking with each other not helping customers that are standing waiting to be helped. This store was a joke. I will not be back.

  I stopped into this Verizon store between jobs, already irritated and in a hurry. Another store had already told me my issue couldn’t be handled in person and that I’d have to call customer service. Anyone who’s dealt with Verizon customer service knows that’s a complete waste of time—they talk in circles, don’t listen, and eventually you hang up more pissed off than when you started. I came in expecting the same outcome and honestly figured there was no chance it would get fixed. Krystal listened to the problem and immediately started working on it. She said she’d “do her best,” which didn’t exactly fill me with confidence, but she didn’t brush me off or send me back to the phone. In the middle of taking care of me, she was answering all kinds of questions from the employees in the store. I was waiting for her to show her annoyance, as I would have, but she seemed to hold it together and remain focused. It wasn’t a super quick-fix, but before I left, she had corrected the issue that customer service wouldn’t even acknowledge. On top of that, somehow she talked me into a couple accessories I didn’t come in for—but actually ended up needing. I walked out with my problem solved, my phone and account set up right, and a way better attitude than when I walked in. That doesn’t happen often. Krystal knows what she’s doing, and she actually cares. That’s rare these days.

  Their employees are Lying about the plans. They are telling/ explaining plans cheaper however at the end of the month it comes out expensive. When you go to the store to address the issue with them no one is there to stand on their own word unless you are recording them and prove it to them. 😡

  Honestly one of the worst network I’ve had for wifi. the WORST wifi network (at least from Denver). From 12am-7am you will not have wifi AT ALL. DO NOT GET VERIZON !!!!!!! Used to be the best, now is honestly the worst in all the ways. My TV has been trying to turn on for a half hour. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible company !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!

  Worst customer service. She automatically assumed what was wrong with my bill before even checking my account. I explained that I'm not sure why my bill is so high AGAIN and she told me to check my app and my bill breakdown. Like she wanted to get rid of me. She seemed annoyed. I told her I have checked it many times not sure why it's high again. I needed and explanation. Asked for my ID and wouldn't take the digital one off the CO app. So I said thank you and walked out. No wonder you have 2.9 stars. Should be lower ratings in my honest opinion. OVERPRICED and literally worst customer care EVER! Never want to help.
