Terrible service have 4 people helping one person long line and couldn’t even pay my phone bill due to not having change. Very unsatisfying experience and definitely going to switch carriers after done with this plan i am on.

Worst store I’ve ever been worst business I’ve ever been to, came in to handle a bussiness situation which I was told was takin care of now. Was not taking care as I was told now had to drive 60 miles for them to tell me to come back at 3:30 or talk to someone on the phone in regards to my problem what happen to go old customer service you guys make the mistakes now your customer can’t even get a refund. After complaining it’s amazing the store manger and other employees stand at the entrance joking around as if I don’t have a problem. Not a let me help you make it better by…. Just a I’ll go on with my day and laughter as if your not there

The store is the best one around with plenty of employees and merch but it is busy and if you dont get there exactly when they open you'll have to wait an hour. They need more employees to help customers. Plus often what the employee tells you about your bill will be a lie. Ask me how I know.
Still my husband and I have been loyal Verizon customers for over 40 years before it was even called Verizon. We hate to change but we are thinking about it because of the high cost of maintaining the phone.
