My husband was being gallant when he slapped his credit card on the counter and said merry Xmas to me and paid off my old phone so I could get a replacement phone. Not any disrespect meant to the employee. He went in the back room and then returned to tell us not to throw the card at him next time. If we didn't like it we could go to the mall main Verizon instead.

There is only one person on the floor and 3 in the back room. Going on 15 minutes. No respect for a customers time. The two other times I left after waiting 20 minutes with no acknowledgement that I even existed. As I sit here waiting now, a gentlemen is sitting next to me telling me how he is here to file a formal complaint for horrible service.
