    Raien was amazing and very knowledgable on helping me understand my bill and the charges along with it, he went into great detail about each line and its costs and this store is lucky to have someone so attentive and detailed!

    This is the best Verizon store. We recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Our experience was so positive and rewarding thanks to the best employee there, Jorge. He helped my family with all our questions, concerns and needs. Jorge had a lot of patience for us, he was very kind and professional. He was willing to help us with everything. He went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have had such a positive experience with our new carrier. Thank you Jorge and thank you Verizon.

    Terrible customer service. They make you check in and wait but help customers who walked in after. Meanwhile there are multiple employees standing around doing nothing.

    In early September, I went to the store to purchase an iPhone 16 Pro. As a new customer, I was offered a welcome promotion, and I was told I’d only be paying $5 per month for the phone. Within my 30-day exchange period, I decided to exchange it for the iPhone 17 Pro. The store representative, Rayan, assured me that the same promotion would apply in a few weeks, and that I would only pay $7 per month for the new phone. However, what should have been a simple exchange turned into an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. I had to visit the store over 20 times, constantly being misinformed and sent back and forth between the store and customer service. Each time, both parties kept passing responsibility to one another, wasting an enormous amount of my time and energy. After around 13 visits, the exchange was finally processed. But now, instead of the $7 monthly rate I was promised, I’m being charged $30 per month for the phone. When I went back to the store to resolve this, I spoke again with Rayan, who told me he would apply the offer right away. He then brought his manager, Eric, who told me there was no such offer and that I would have to pay $30 per month for three years. Both of them admitted they gave me wrong information — and yet, they did absolutely nothing to correct their mistake or even try to make things right. They lied to my face, wasted my time, and treated me like my concerns didn’t matter. It’s completely unacceptable how they handled this situation — misleading customers and then offering nothing but a simple “sorry” when caught. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! Especially avoid dealing with RAIEN and ERIC — they do not honor their word, and they show zero accountability for their actions.!!!!!!!
