Jeanette, my instructor, was incredibly professional and patient throughout the training. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the necessary operational and safety procedures, ensuring I understood every aspect before moving forward. In addition, she provided me with additional hands-on training on a variety of forklifts, including Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Cherry Picker, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack, and Pallet Stacker.
