Upon arrival both the front desk ladies, Lorain and Morgan, triaged my dog and got her seen by Dr Cole right away. If it hadn’t been for the front desk quickness to respond and Dr Cole’s immediate diagnosis my dog may have not made it to today. I am very grateful for the staff at VCA Westlake and their professionalism and kindness in supporting me and my dog during this difficult time. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

When they were finished checking the dog I told the vet i was concerned it might be cancer. The answer was no! I was given anti-biotics. Guess what! the anti biotics didn’t work. Now they are checking for cancer. Let’s hope I was wrong.
