There’s always a long wait time because at least three of the guys are on their phone watching sports or YouTube. Today specifically, I had a young lady help me right away. She gave me attitude when I’m trying to add a new watch line to my account. And then real quick, she tries to push me off on the website to tell me to make my purchase through them or call Verizon and make the purchase over the phone. I could’ve done that at home. I drove all the way down here to get customer service. Super cold and indifferent responses by these people. Again, I am a pain customer with good credit and a long-standing history with Verizon. Seems like nobody at the store wants to work a few days before this I came to the store and got the same treatment from their manager. I remember a time when customer service meant that they treated you with respect and tried to make a sale. OK, so I came back two days later with an Apple Watch I brought from Apple to get connected. They were able to connect it. When I told them I was interested in getting a second Apple Watch same girl that didn’t help me last time tells me our system is down. You have to do it through the app. i’m calling their corporate office Monday. This is crazy. It’s some older lady in her mid 40s with red hair.

He acted as though I was inconveniencing him by having to do his job. He even rolled his eyes at me. He falsified my receipt by not addressing his name to the transaction receipt and it also named an individual that wasn’t even present. He didn’t thank us for our patronage just stared when asked for his name since it wasn’t on the receipt. Sebastian clearly lacks training in customer service and clearly shouldn’t work face to face with the public.
