- DPDavid PJan 6, 20261.0Avoid this store if you actually want help. I wasted over a month trying to upgrade 5 lines here because it was the only store that had the phones in stock. Every single visit was the same excuses: “We can’t help,” “It’s an error we’ve never seen,” or “We don’t know what to do.” I was constantly told to call Verizon service because they “couldn’t do anything.” Verizon service said it could be done — so it turned into a never-ending back and forth. When this store finally decided to call Verizon themselves, they handed my issue off to a new/younger associate, who clearly didn’t know what they were doing, and messed up my order even more. It honestly felt like the more senior employees just didn’t want to deal with my situation anymore and passed it off instead of fixing it. Every time I came in, it felt like nobody cared enough to take ownership or actually solve the problem. I finally gave up and went to the corporate Verizon store at Montebello Mall. What this store failed to do in ONE MONTH, the Montebello store fixed in THREE HOURS. They actually listened, understood the issue, called Verizon on my behalf, and clearly explained what was happening. No excuses. No runaround. Just competent service. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid this store completely and go to the Montebello location instead. I should have gone there from the start.

My sister dragged me there, and thank God she did. Justin took me through the process of purchase, getting me the best plan he could, and transition, helping me find passwords and getting around roadblocks. The phone was free, which is great. Now if we could upgrade my brain, life would be sweet. Many thanks to Justin for his time and attention.

I had a couple simple questions and they couldn't answer them and all of their vibes felt fake and you can truly tell none of them really wanted to help you. They just wanted to talk you into loops until you give up and leave. I switched from t mobile. I now really regret it.
