    Do not take your pets here, they are dishonest, and just want to take your money. They have no knowledge about what you ask, and just assume. Go with a real professional that actually cares about your pet not your money.

    I took my dog in there and they told me he was in a lot of pain. They said he had a heart murmur and might not make it through the surgery. I decided to put him down after talking over my options. After I made the choice my daughter went in there and raised Caine and now is all over me like I chose to kill my dog. They ask hated that dog. They didn’t pay the bill. And the staff just told her what she wanted to hear. Now a horrible day is doubly horrible. Don’t go to this place at all

    Fantastic vet! VCA's staff is professional and sweet. They treat my semi-reactive dog with kindness and understanding to ensure her predisposition does not prevent her from receiving necessary healthcare. We love VCA!

    Everyone from the front desk to the doctor's and assistants are truly very caring at this facility. I dont live near to walnut creek, but im grateful that this facility is here! The front desk ( alyssa) sent my baby girl a card it was very touching and wasn't expected... made me a proud father of my baby girl!! Thank you VCA Animal hospital for taking care of my cat shadow... her recovery is coming along quite well and my wife and I are very pleased with everything!
