He gave us the best options and the best price and me and my wife could not be more happier with our experience. These are times that make us happy to be with Verizon. MANDO was absolutely amazing to us and truly made our day. Thank you so much for this experience, I hope to work with MANDO again.
- ALAdri LandaOct 29, 20251.0Store Closed 10/28/25 and 10/29/25. Its currently 3:45pm and store is closed. I saw the guy when I pulled up in my car but he locked door when I arrived. I waited 30 min, rang doorbell and knocked door. Another customer came up and told him to go to another Verizon Store.

Then when he did help me I feel like he messed my Pin up on purpose so he didnt have to sell me a new phone. ive had the same number and pin for over 20 years and in 3 attempts it locked my account. I asked to call their corporate office but he said i could only be helped in 24 hours when the account was unlocked or to get verified at a corporate store in person and told me where the stores where but with a broken phone i couldnt use gps to get there. he didnt seem like he wanted to write directions down for me either. I will go tomorrow to Best buy where i have always bought my phones and get it there. Poor service. Go to best buy where multiple people help you and are friendly

There were multiple customers and he greeted everyone and was very courteous. He managed to help everyone fluidity without having anyone wait longer than necessary. He defined customer service. I would recommend Anthony and his service to everyone.
