Poor presentation made to get two phone sales. We were told we could upgrade from our current phones with our monthly bill staying nearly the same ($5 more). We came in to upgrade my wife's old iPhone 11 for her birthday. I asked how much it would be to upgrade my phone at the same time (iPhone 14) both to 16. Sales rep said a little over $500 and so we opted for both. He showed us our new and old payment, which was basically the same . Insignificant except for the $500 or so upfront so we went ahead. We get our bill 2 months later and it's $169 more. We go down and bring all of our paperwork. In the fine print, which the rep NEVER mentioned is that we need to give them our old phones within 30 days or the whole deal changes. The salesperson we spoke to today basically called us a liar when my wife said trade in instead of upgrade (pointing at her saying "you said trade in, you said trade in") after they repeatedly said trade in during the discussion, but his manager tried to walk that back. He said we'd have to find our old phones and bring them in, or he could do nothing. We don't have them. They were basically bricks. Why the salesperson gave us our new phones AND our old phones after he transferred the info is beyond me. He NEVER mentioned that we needed to return our old, non working phones or suffer major change in payment is beyond me. They don't care about you. They just sell phones as fast as they can. If they misrepresent, that's on you. Here's what they didn't say in the fine print. They don't stand behind a loyal long term Verizon customer. Their answer is basically, too bad. Their salesman that called us a liar today needs training too. We didn't misrepresent what took place. There was no benefit to them not to tell us, he just failed to do it. Read everything in detail with these people. I question the training that they receive, and certainly question the customer handling skills as well.

Absolutely the WORST customer service from ERICA. I was told by multiple phone representatives that my phone issues could be easily solved in person specifically at the Verizon store located: 488 S. Mills Rd. They made an appointment for me the day before. I arrived for my appointment. Erica would not look up my appointment, nor honor my appointment. Erica would not help me. Erica refused to troubleshoot or even look at my phone. She gas lit me and told me that the three Verizon representatives I spoke to meant to send me to "I break you fix". She would have known that's not true if she would have even attempted to look up my appointment. Every representative specifically mentioned the verizon location at 488 S. Mills rd. My appointment confirmation specifically said 488 S. Mills rd. I b elieve she was discriminating against me because of my ethnicity. We will be canceling all of our 7 Verizon devices and subscriptions after this incident. This is very unfortunate. We have been loyal customers for over ten years. If you need Verizon assistance of any kind, ask ANYONE EXCEPT ERICA.

With everything going on in the world, I believe employers should know how employees are treating their customers. I was very unsatisfied today with the service in the store. The men were all very friendly, however the female staff members were not! They seemed to not know what they were doing and were rude. They acted like they didn't want to be bothered! Then why work there if you don't want to help the customers? Do better.

I've been a Verizon costumer for many, many years. We went to get my wife a new phone. We had the worst service experience ever! The lady that helped us was in a hurry. She didn't want to answer our questions trying to push us out the store. When your spending 1200 plus dollars I would expect great service and patients and to answer any and all questions we have. Instead we get told I'm ending my shift and basically hurry up. She didn't want to even explain how the phone works or even try and transfer my info to the new phone. Instead we were left on doing it ourselves. Which we haven't done because the issue with the phone. We explained that the phone has issues and we will need help transferring contacts, pics etc. It was like oh well its your problem. If u don't have patients get a new job that doesn't require you to help people. We asked if they have phone cases we get told go look over on that wall instead of grabbing them for us. We could tell from the start that this team member had a bad attitude just by the first few words spoken to us. When I go back for my phone I definitely will refuse help from this team member. Poor service! She needs to be more patient. I didnt want to call the store manager afterwards because I was so upset from the experience I had.

Not sure why the store has so many bad reviews. My experience was nothing but positive and looking around everyone had smiles and all the sales reps seem to be in good spirit, Guess you can’t please everyone. Mosses was very helpful transferring service from AT&T and getting a new phone 10/10.
