This location in particular was excellent in answering all my questions (and I had many) and making me feel like I was making the right decision in trusting their phone service. The girl that helped me was very professional even though she admitted she was still learning and a little nervous because it is a brand new store. I am now happy to admit that I am creating this review from my brand new Samsung phone under the total wireless service! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the advertising on phone plan prices was a little misleading. The girl helping me out explained clearly that it was a mistake and quickly pointed out what the real pricing was. So far so good and I am happy that I knocked $50 off of my phone bill.
