The young man at the front tried to tell me they had no tech support. Then he told me one person was ahead of me and sent me to the back of the store. Three other people were then served. I sat down on a high top chair waiting and trying to look at my data storage. When I got up to stand, there was a corner of a drawer that caught my pant leg and I fell. I was on the ground until finally someone came to help. I am not sure it was even an employee. I left with zero help or concern. Verizon needs to be made aware they have created a competitive environment in their stores that revolves around their commissions for sales that is so cutthroat that employees don't care if someone falls to the ground.
