    So I needed to make sure my data was all saved to the Cloud so I could delete. Because my apps were being automatically removed. The young man at the front tried to tell me they had no tech support. Then he told me one person was ahead of me and sent me to the back of the store. Three other people were then served. I sat down on a high top chair waiting and trying to look at my data storage. When I got up to stand, there was a corner of a drawer that caught my pant leg and I fell. I was on the ground until finally someone came to help. I am not sure it was even an employee. I left with zero help or concern. Verizon needs to be made aware they have created a competitive environment in their stores that revolves around their commissions for sales that is so cutthroat that employees don't care if someone falls to the ground.

    The customer service is horrible! We waited forever for someone to wait on us. It was about 30 minutes. Employees kept walking around disappearing to the back. I will never be a Verizon customer! The only reason I came to the store is because my mother needed to come into the store to ask a question because she has an account there and has been a customer for over 20 plus years. If I could give negative stars, I would.
