I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by any employees upon entering the store, nor was I informed about how long the wait would be until I was helped by an employee. The actual process I needed help with didn't take long; I spent more time waiting to be helped. Definitely wish the employees here were more cognizant of delivering quality service considering Verizon's price point compared to other cellular retailers.

Very unprofessional, I had to ask her myself if she can sell me a phone since my mine didn’t work. She rolled her eyes and helped me with a very bad attitude. I truly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t know how to provide a simple hello. Very disappointing visit.
