    Dawud and Ryan were my literal heroes on BYE when I came to trade in a device . They were graceful and despite being busy were so patient and we even snuck a few jokes in. Premium customer service

    Don't really like being told it will take an hour. Then when you get your txt that they can help you, they're all sitting around, see you coming then disappear into the back room, only to all have to wait. Not professional at all. Makes me want to switch to another carrier.

    Terrell made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon very quick and easy! I remember him having a calm demeanor and I appreciated he didn't force an upsell on me and although the price was more I feel like I am getting much better service and have no dropped calls these days! Very happy excellent customer service! Plus he's a Gemini too! Fun fact. Let's goooo

    Reading these other reviews I’m shocked. My husband and I had a great experience here with Aaron and the business rep(I didn’t catch his name). They went above and beyond to assist us.
