You must return it through a mail back process. What a nightmare! Good thing tenacious is my middle name. It took 4 calls to Verizon customer service and finally a visit to the store where they stayed on the line with me for 45 minutes to get a return label sent (their return label via email service was down so they had to snail mail it to me). I returned it and still 7 weeks later after they have received it, I still don’t have a credit, but by the end November I should have it. This is a seriously flawed operations model.

The cost was much less than I expected and the whole experience was comfortable and smooth. The staff really made the experience for us!
