From the beginning, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information about pricing and billing. Despite clear verbal assurances, my bills were consistently higher than what I was quoted and agreed to. These conversations were documented in writing and through recorded calls, yet the issue was never properly addressed. The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.
