I have seen him interact with others customers on different occasions while I was waiting and it's the same terrible customer service I received. You should really think about who you have leading your stores.

I had been in there twice this week and Alexis gave me all the answers and attention I needed. Alexis understood my needs and listened to all the problems I had with my former older phone. She taught me how to do a lot of things on the phone and reassured me that the transfer would go well. Overall, if I need to go in any Verizon again, I would like to deal with Alexis, she loves her job & loves her coworkers.
