10/20/2025 Got a phone call my new phone was in this morning. I told the rep I’d leave work early and be there right after 5. I show up at 5:15 since they take appointments to a note on the door saying they will be back at 6:30. I left work early, lost money for leaving early. I have dinner reservations at 7 for my wife’s birthday so thats why I specifically told them that time. And the phone I’m trading in leaves to go back with my mom to Ohio tomorrow. Now I’m out time from work. 120 miles in gas and 2 hours of my time. Not happy what so ever. I left a note through the mail box requesting a call asap when they got back. Let’s see if they step up and make this right.
8:00pm came and went (closing time). No phone call. Terrible customer service.
10/21/2025 decides to drive back up, no appointment, got there about 6:30? 6:45? Someone was already being helped, 2nd in line waiting over an hour, 3rd in line over 40 min.
10/23/2025 got a call from a guy and separately a lady who apologized for Mondays inconvenience and scheduled me an appointment for 7:00 and assured me it would be taken care of tonight. I showed up at 6:50, no customers there, Noah started on it immediately. 8:55 (yes over 2 hours) comes and I walk out with no phone. They can’t figure it out. They tried to activate multiple phones and none worked. They wanted me to leave with a phone and they’d figure it out later and I’m not ok with that if they can’t figure it out while I’m in store. 3 drives now round trip to the store with no resolution. Really over all of this hassle. Never have I ever had this much issue getting a new phone. My girlfriend walked in and out of AT&T with a new iPhone yesterday in less than 20 minutes. They did offer me a phone case and a screen protector for free, but what good is that if they can’t get me the phone I ordered and I had already ordered both prior to even going in to order my phone. Let’s see how they make this right or make this an even bigger cluster. One of their fixes was telling em to go to Bakersfield where it’s “more convenient for me” but I already tried that after Mondays ordeal and they are on back order for a month and mines sitting in their store.
10/24/2025 woke up this morning to my phone being in SOS mode. Now i have a near useless paper weight.
