I came in a week later and they said they had my new phone but they couldn’t give it to me because the Apple Watch I ordered with it had not come in yet and then they said they would hold my phone for me and they would give me another call when the Apple Watch came in… and they would leave a note to hold the phone so they wouldn’t sell it. They never called. I came in another week later after hearing nothing and they said they had canceled my order because they had given me one call from an unsolicited number three weeks ago and didn’t leave a message, saying I did not answer even though I had called the store and asked if they had my phone before hand. And they said they would hold my phone for me days ago. When I had come in a few weeks ago, the manager of the store was very nice and very accommodating, but the people working underneath him are so incompetent it hurts.
