Basic and straightforward accommodations, but the location is hard to beat (a quick walk to a shuttle which takes you up to Universal Studios Hollywood). Staff are always friendly. Parking lot is small and they advise compact or smaller cars in the lot, but they are very transparent about this before booking. All in all a good experience and would stay here again when returning to visit Universal Studios.

Not only was the service super informative, but also incredibly friendly and gave me a helpful tip of where to find the free universal shuttle just a 2 minute walk across the street to save me on parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

We went to the Halloween Horror nights so we knew we would be back really late. We did a pre check in, so at 2 am we just had to get our keys! The only down side is a SMALL parking lot we had to park actress the street. Not super bad. But I rather have my car near by. If you wanted you can can walk a bit and catch a shuttle to the park.
