What makes me really upset is the customer service provided at this retail store horrible service a week ago I went to activate a phone with a new sim card same # and the cashier wanted to charge us for new activation and month and our month was paid for already she didn't activated she said she couldn't and the manager I believe her name is Alma was standing at the door ready to close at 6:30PM don't they close at 7 PM. Both of the girls were really rude and just mad. We went to another store and in ten minutes before closing they were able to activate my phone.
