    I’d like to thank this Verizon store for giving me such horrible customer service that I finally cancelled my account I opened in 2007. Do not go here under any circumstances and if you walk next door to Spectrum they’ll buy your contract and give you a plan for half the price.

    This store is an authorized dealer. They will charge you 50 dollars to activate your phone and then verizon will charge you an additional 40 dollars. They told us we were getting free accessories and then charged us for them and failed to provide a receipt. Save yourself money and drive to the authorized dealer in carson.
