They put themselves out there as a Verizon corporate store the banner outside says Verizon when you try to call them it says Verizon, but we have a problem and now they're telling us they are not a Verizon corporate store. They are an authorized retailer. My husband had the worst service by Joey. Joey changed my husband's plan without letting him know did not explain that there was a transfer charge or an upgrade charge. The transfer was not completed. My husband was not given a receipt only until I went online. Did I see all of these charges? Try calling Erica the manager three times and has never received a callback. This is giving Verizon a really bad name horrible customer service, horrible regional manager. I have been with Verizon for 25 years and have never had a problem. Their motto is worry free this is 100% natural true. Do not go to any store make sure you were only going to a Verizon corporate store.
